COMMENTS

It was a warm summer night to shoot but we had some good luck. There was an empty apartment in my building and the door was unlocked so we were able to make use of that as a location. Being summer we had to wait around until 9PM so it got dark enough for us to shoot the outside shoots. A lot of the outside shots were a little over exposed but imperfection always adds to the vibe of the finished product.

I was really happy with how this film turned out. It was my first opportunity to work with william (Bill) and I had worked with Dancia many times before. The film was intentionally vague so that the exact plot was not obvious. At the Kino screening I mentioned that it was not my intention to state clearly what the film was about but rather to just show the tip of the iceberg and let the audience speculate on their own interpretations. When I was asked what my interpretation was I said it was an elderly gentleman who remembers his long dead bride.
